Custom Metal Fabrication

Weldrite has served the OEM market for 24 years fabricating custom metal products in sheet steel, light plate and structural steel. Weldrite offers a complete turnkey product that includes design and manufacturing of metal enclosures, brackets, panels, platforms, tanks, hoods and mounting frames. Our manufacturing process employs a high degree of quality assurance, process control and fixturing. Our material handling capacity ranges from 20 gauge through .25-inch thick material. Structural fabrications may involve the fabrication of beams, columns, vessels and other equipment up to 6,000 lbs and 35 feet in length. A team of lean practitioners supports Weldrite manufacturing process with an eye towards process control, standardization and continuous flow in order to reduce cycle time, unwarranted inventory and non-value added labor.
