Weldrite Mfg is a custom metal fabrication company located in Escondido, California serving the Industrial gas turbine, Military and Commercial business sectors. Weldrite’s operating philosophy is based on Kaizen Lean Manufacturing Principles and ISO 9001 certified processes. Our passion is to be the best, to achieve operational excellence by flawless execution of fundamental business processes and continual improvement methodologies. Weldrite was founded in 1986 and over its 24-year history has developed “world class” processes across the organization in our high mix/low volume, high touch manufacturing environment. Weldrite’s business processes create the highest customer value with respect to Quality, Cost, On Time Delivery and Lead Time.

The products manufactured by Weldrite Mfg range from precision, light-gauge steel fabricated assemblies, specialized enclosures and ancillary metal fabrications to heavy gauge structural steel components with heavy plate weighing as much as 3 tons. Weldrite Mfg offers mechanical design, engineering, painting, electro-mechanical assembly and custom fabrication services. Presented with a concept or top-level drawing, Weldrite Mfg will build to suit your specifications. Our main line of products is exported around the globe serving OEM’s in the Industrial Gas Turbine, Commercial and Military Sectors. To assist our customers, Weldrite’s engineering department provides value-added services to aide with designs for manufacturability and quality. Our manufacturing and fabrication processes create a unique business model for those customers requiring high quality, value added engineering and high skill in fit up and welding. Our electro-mechanical assembly is experienced with high-pressure devices, electric controls and mechanical assemblies to meet world-wide listing approvals such as NEC, ATEX, FM, DNV, VINIIPO, and Marine applications.

Our new facilities include a 45,000 sq ft manufacturing plant situated on 2.6 acres and a modern 38,000 sq ft assembly building and clean area in which our electro-mechanical assemblies are built. The Weldrite organization includes a full compliment of staff including a President who runs the day-to-day operations, engineering group, quality assurance team, production control, logistics, manufacturing and assembly department.
