ISO 9001:2008 Certified

The International Standard of Operation (ISO) 9001:2008 certification is one in a family of certifications that provide a defined format to achieve customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance and continual improvement. ISO 9001 is by far the world’s most established quality system, currently being used by approximately 900,000 organizations in 170 countries, worldwide. The certification embodies regulatory control for a quality management system that can be used internally by organizations for process control and for contractual requirements where customer quality requirements can be validated. Successful application of the ISO 9001 process creates confidence between business partners by ensuring effective management involvement and commitment. Ultimately, the customer can be assured that promises will be kept, key business process will be understood by the entire organization and dollar savings will result due to increased efficiency and effectiveness.

AWS D1.1/D1.1M: Structural Welding Code – Steel

ROC Industries, Inc. maintains current certifications on all welding processes that it conducts through the American Welding Society consistent with AWS D1.1. A Welding Continuity Log maintains the welding certifications through an ISO 9001 controlled process of verification. All welders have been certified through an AWS standard for the various metals and welding applications being used in our fabrication processes.

Certified Welding Inspector Program

ROC Industries, Inc. utilizes Certified Welding Inspectors to maintain the highest level of quality workmanship. Welders, Weld Supervisors, Engineers and downstream internal customers hold certifications by the American Welding Society to ensure quality standards are kept in support of customer requirements. The CWI certification is recognized, both nationally and internationally, in the welding industry.
