Engineering and Design

Your problem is our challenge. If you’ve got an idea, Weldrite can make it a reality – in cold hard steel. Our engineering and design staff will guide your project from sketches and prints to prototype and final production. Weldrite’s engineering staff will provide design engineering, 3-D solid modeling and CAD/CAM services to meet your specific need. Our specialty is in custom metal fabrication and fire suppression technology.

Complete Electro-Mechanical Assembly

Weldrite builds to print most all sheet metal designs, and procures machine parts, electrical components and hardware to complete your assembly. We will design and build to order or configure to order requests that are routed through manufacturing, painting, assembly – all quality controlled processes. We provide for in-process, source inspected and source controlled material traceability consistent with ISO 9001:2008. We can meet most international pressure and electrical listing approvals in Europe, Russia, South America and the Far East.

Precision Metal Fabrication

Weldrite manufactures a wide variety of precision crafted, high quality components in light gauge sheet metal up to structural steel manufacturing to meet the most demanding customer requirements. We provide customers a total production solution ranging from shearing, CNC punching, brake and roll forming, welding, painting and assembly. We will outsource specialized cutting and machine operations, if necessary, with our business partners to meet specific design criteria.

Carbon, Aluminum and Stainless Welding

Weldrite Mfg. has been providing specialized Carbon, Aluminum and Stainless welding services to the leading industrial and government installations for more than 20 years. Our team is expert at MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Spot welding processes. All welding is conducted in concert with American Welding Society methods and certifications. Weldrite can provide full traceability on all processes, materials and supplies in adherence to ISO 9001 processes and military standards.

Wet Coat Epoxy Painting

Weldrite operates a full-scale paint shop with an EPA-Approved paint booth. Our turn around times are fast and we can handle weldments up to 14′ by 34′ long without a problem. Weldrite Mfg utilizes a zinc primer and two-part epoxy finish coat application to provide protection for harsh chemical and marine environments. We regularly outsource powder coating, anodizing and chem.-film process to meet specialized custom requirements.
